Kinetic Capital is a Freeport Grand Bahama based property development company. The business started in 2021 with the intention of developing vacation rentals in the Freeport area. Since that time the company has purchased three properties on the island and started re-development of residential buildings. The company employs local contractors and tradespeople and purchases building supplies from local vendors. Kinetic Capital has completed the first project Villa Marina Del Mar located on Midshipman Road and which the former site of the Bahamas Defence force. A second project is under construction at Mango Bay and which was formerly know as Discovery Bay apartments.
